Working with Mike and Higgins Architects was a true pleasure. He made the custom home process approachable, listened closely to our vision, and delivered a design that exceeded all expectations. We wanted a Spanish Colonial exterior with contemporary interiors, and Mike blended both seamlessly. His idea for the entry courtyard – with a fountain and fireplace – is one of our favorite features. The home is not only beautiful but also incredibly functional and filled with natural light.
