GM Hunt and Mike Higgins have collaborated for over 25 years, completing dozens of successful projects. In just the past 24 months, we’ve worked on four distinctly different homes: a ranch remodel with bunkhouse addition in East Scottsdale, new construction on 30 acres in North Cave Creek, a first home for a young family in Arcadia, and a Paradise Valley guest house remodel—originally designed by Mike 15 years prior. Each project showcased Mike’s greatest strength: his versatility.
