This historical home originally sat on 150 acres, seven of which are documented in the Smithsonian as formal gardens. A new garage was attached directly to the main house providing a secure entry for the homeowner. The original detached adobe garage was converted to a very charming two bedroom guest house complete with living area and a full kitchen.
