Location: Scottsdale, AZ

This project involved creating four model homes for twenty-nine custom home sites in a private gated community. Each home was designed with three exterior detailing options, two different roof plans, and multiple floor plan options. These options allow for each home to be unique while tying back into a common aesthetic, much like the feeling of an Italian hill town.
